With inventory levels increasing to meet the consumer demand, we saw fewer closings and less days on the market during this timeframe, while prices continued to increase. Even with these trends, the Miami real estate market continues to be a seller’s market. A tropical oasis and mecca for both business and pleasure, Miami will forever be a sought-after market by all.
